Bio: After my first year in college, I figured the best way to further my career was to get involved in research. I was very pleased to be given the opportunity to work in the Attention and Working Memory Lab. I am primarily interested in the limitations of memory and intelligence. I intend on heading to medical school after graduating.

Mariel Barnett

Major: Psychology

Bio: I am excited for the opportunity to work in the Attention and Working Memory Lab as it gives me real-world experience working alongside a variety of unique people. As a psychology major, I have interests in cognition and child development. After graduating, I plan to attend graduate school and become a counselor or teach psychology.

Yendi Neil

Major: Psychology

Bio:I am volunteering at the Attention and Working Memory Lab as a freshman to explore the different opportunities open to me and to gain experience. I am curious about the various aspects of psychology, but I have an interest in cognitive functions and abnormal psychology. I have a love for psychology and plan on attending graduate school after graduation.


Annie Dang

Major: Biomedical Engineering

Bio:I am very excited to be a part of the Attention and Working Memory Lab. In addition to a BME degree, I am pursuing a certificate in social/personality psychology. I am very interested in exploring the individualistic differences in memory and intelligence. I plan on attending medical school after graduation.
